It's possible that many of the places will require longer leases, but you can always go ahead and inquire on them to see if they have shorter term leases available.

I am in process of looking at a very similar market as you British gals are in regards to a rental property from dates Sept. 21- December 13, 2010 and I need girl roommates also. Im from southern california area and I am lining up a job in Vegas now for Sept-Dec. My lifestyle includes a very healthy & highly active athletic schedule as I train to race fast -However, I do Enjoy partying sometimes but not on a many nights of the week basis.
