d had to leave the kids & I in Las Vegas for a very well paid job in San Antonio because jobs were low paying & scarce in Vegas.(I had to stay in Vegas until I got permission from my family court judge to take kids out of state) His company paid for him to be in corporate housing for a while, but now we are paying for him to stay at an extended stay hotel. With his income, which is 6-7k gross a month, we pay for his hotel & his living expenses in SA, plus my rent & my expenses here in Vegas. I finally received approval to take kids to TX & we finally have all funds needed for a rental home, but with bad credit (mid 500s bc of divorce, laid off in May 09 & atty fees of over $10k) no one will allow us to rent a home. I have excellent rental history (3 yrs now). NO criminal record issues and we even have money for double deposit. Why won't anyone give us a chance???? All I want is for all of us to be together so we don't have to pay 2 sets of bills and the property managers we've spoken with have been extremely rude and very unhelpful. Does anyone have any suggestions?? We need a home before School Starts. Late August. I have to move out of my condo here in Vegas by August 15th. If anyone has any connections, referals, or if your a homeowner needing a tenant and wouldn't mind taking a chance on a family that's been seperated for 1 1/2 yrs now, let me know. We are a good family, go to church every sunday and are honest, trustworthy Christians.
