My wife and I are looking for a 2bdr in Del Mar, CA. As close to the beach as possible. We're moving cross country from Washington, DC. Our move in date would be flexible but we're aiming at some time in late August (move in date September 1st for example would be perfect). We would prefer not to go higher than $2,000 but understand that beach locations are more expensive and are willing to spend more if the apt is to our liking.
