Does anyone have a realtor that they would recommend in the Dayton,OH area?

We have been in contact with 4 different realtors in the last month or so, and they have all been horrible with following up with us, even though there have been several homes that we were ready to place a bid on. We have been pre-approved and are looking for a home under $100,000. May be interested in FHA financing. Also interested in some short sales and foreclosures.
