Looking to rent a 5/2+, 2800+ sq ft home for a young family. Prefer Cypress Springs/Stoneybrook/Eastwood areas, but open to surrounding areas. See details.

Would prefer to stay east of 417, with south boundry of Lee Vista and North boundry of Mitchell Hammock. Open to houses along econ trail as well. Currently live in Cypress Springs. Not interested in Avalon Park. Need at least a community pool for kiddos, but would also love a pool at the house. Fence would be nice too, but not required. Move date would be mid-Aug, but could be flexible based on availability.
