My bf and I are looking to rent a 2 bdrm apt/condo/house for under $1400 available at the end of August 2012.

We have a cat, and we definitely want a washer/dryer in the house. Preferably something close to downtown so we can walk or bike to farmers' markets, restaurants, or nightlife.
