Should I provide a prerental deposit? How would that look like? What are the pros and cons?
I'm in the military and currently looking at a rental in Washington. The rental is on the market but I'm overseas and I'm relying on photos. Should i ask the landlord to rent it if I don't preview and not move into for 2 months? Should I provide a deposit and if yes, how would that work?
