I am moving back to Savannah after 22 years.

I'm having a difficult time finding a detached SFH for rent within my price range. I need to be on the Southside (south of Montgomery Crossroads). I'm looking for a 3/2 or 2/2 with a room for an office. I'd like to have a garage to save me the expense of having to rent a storage unit. I have my own HiEff W/D. I also have a 4yr old small 16lb terrier-mix. A two-year lease or lease-to-own would be GREAT! If anyone can help, please drop me a line. Hard maximum is $975.
