I think the problem is realtor friends are keep reposting the listings without checking their current status. When they have 50 listings it is hard to track them down for their current status. This is ok for one month update. If it is for 3 to 5 months old listings I dont know what to say... Just ignore those old listings.Any listing over 45 days at market value wont be available. In Miami Beach market it is like less than 7 days if they are listed less than market value. Sometimes they are rented the same day.
