I totally agree with you. Some people on section 8 have made it hard for the good tenants. I am finding it very hard to find a good place. I dont mind the NE side because my kids go to school in that area and most of my family lives in that are not west of hillside but closer to oliver and that is where i want to be. I also think that if places accept section 8 then another background check is not needed if section 8 did theirs and you were already approved. it just makes it harder.
