I need a single family house, duplex, or townhouse. A MUST HAVE is a LARGE kitchen; LOTS of counter space and cabinets with a GAS stove and a W/D hook-up IN the house/unit...NOT a "common laundry"...

Also, need 2 LARGE BR's with LOTS of closet space and dog/cat OK! I need to be in Northside of Framingham, MA 01701 or Natick, MA 01760. My price range is roughly 1,200-1,500 rent. I have Setion 8. I have made a profile on HOTPads, searched and searched, but alot of what thay are showing me does meet even my 2 BR! A lot are showing me 1 BR and apartmaent bldgs., which I MAY do, IF the other important criteria was there that I stated as "MUST HAVES". Do you have any ideas on what to do to get a better search result?
