We are looking to pre-lease a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom apartment from August 2013 onward since we would be joining UT for our PhD program.
It would be better if we can manage to get a furnished apartment but unfurnished shall also work. So a good community with all the basic amenities available and near to the UT campus would be good for us. We are 3 of us who would like to share the apartment.
So it would be really kind of you if you can provide me the details of the apartment available at that period of time since we would reach Austin on 13th August 2013 and would also love to have the total cost of the apartment, rates of pre-leasing with the floor plan details of the apartments.
It would be easy for us to decide and we need to pre-lease at the earliest.
So an early response would be really appreciated. Please let us know how far is your apartment from the UT campus.
