Looking for a home now for when my husband separates from the military next year. He has a job lined up in Vancouver, but we need a place to Rent to Own (or help with financing), a little land would be awesome, and at least3 bedrooms would be nice. He separates mid 2013, but I will be going back and forth to get the place up and ready. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated! Thanks! Leslie
Leslie, Great to hear he is coming home. Keep in mind military personal can qualify for a 0 down VA loan. In addition, there are other types of loans requiring little to no down when purchasing a home. It is also a good thing you are thinking of this early enough to have time to look at many opportunities before buying. We are presenting a seminar on "the homebuying" process to help in understanding how to navigate through to a successful purchase. We would love the opportunity to help guide you through. Feel free to call or email me to answer anyquestions you may have. Sincerely, Lou Kuebelbeck Broker The Windsor Group @ Sundin Realty 360-831-2560 louieshomes@yahoo.com
