Is there any way I can get finance as I have been out of the US for 20 years and only returned last year?
I am looking to buy for a duplex in Largo or St Petersburg. I have excellent (but short) credit, another issue for the banks is that most of my income comes from the UK. I can provide a substantial deposit and some collateral as I own a house outright in OH (rented to my daughter) and land in NY. Anyone got any suggestions how to find financing?
