I am trying to find a place in or very close to downtown Indy for around $800/month. Does anyone know of anything? Thanks.

I am fairly open to the type of place but would really like to have a few amenities in it preferably with at least a w/d hookup. My ultimate wish is a 2 bedroom, full kitchen appliances, and washer/dryer. However, this is my wish list. The neighborhoods which would be perfect are Chatham Arch, Lockerbie Square, St. Joe, Mass Ave or Canal district. I would like something that is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, etc. I am looking to move within the month and will be staying at least 3 years in Indianapolis.
