I AM LOOKING FOR A THREE BR 2BA HOUSE WITH A DEN OR FAMILY ROOM AND PLENTY OF YARD FOR MY CHILDREN TO PLAY IN. MAX PRICE $775

I have four chidren so I am looking for a house that has enough space so that we wont all have to be in the same area all of the time. I prefer not to use the living room for entertainment, so I would like to have a den, family room, or a bonus room. Need a fenced yard and a deck would be nice. My children attend Collier and Causey so I would like to stay in that area but I do understand that most houses in that area are out of my price range. In that case midtown is acceptable as well.
