A lot of banks have an absolute bottom cut off of 620. The good news is that you are only one point away. Have you contacted all 3 credit agencies to get a report? Look over your credit report and pay anything back that is outstanding, and dispute anything that looks wrong

Yeah they are right, evaluate all debts owed and remember the SOL "statue of limitations" to have a debt in your report could be between 3 to five years depending on state after that "the debt is not collectible" I got this information from debt cure they dont want you to know about by Kevin trudeau you can find good prices in this book on ebay very helpful to me

also if you doa alot of HARd inquiries to check your credit it will bring down your cresit score. Oh my god there are so many things that affect your score even if you sneeze but you can fix it and you can work the system to your advantage so do some reasearch and youll see its possible that book is helpful.

Equity Loans is a licensed lender in 32 states (including TX) and we're located in GA. 91% of all purchases close within 12 days of receipt of appraisal. FHA loans take scores in the low to mid 500's, so yes, you are able to buy a home.

I got a divorce in 200. EX refused to help with the payment so House went into foreclosure(7/2008). How long before I can apply for a loan. I make $71,000 per year. Bank said I have to wait to 2012 before I can be approved. I have a 710 credit score. What is the problem. I'm tired of the apartment life.
