U are so ignorant. U know nothing of how the program works if you did u would know that most people pay 75% of there rent and all of there other expenses.

GOD forbid you fall on hard times loose your job to it being sent overseas or you company goes bankrupt, you get sick, or you get into a life changing accident. You would be one of those people who looked down on everyone that u are now one and can't cope you'd probably jump off a bridge or hang yourself be careful of how you talk down on others God will put u at there feet.
