Single family home for rent or rent to own available by 6/30/2011. 3/2 or 4/2

I'm looking to rent or rent to own a 3-4 bedroom home near work in the zip codes of 32256,32246, or 32225. Max rental rate $1350 a month. I'm looking for a home with at least 1600 sq ft of heated living space. We are re locating from the airport area in a larger home approx. 2300 Sq feet of living space which I have a family of 5. Any suggestions on where to start my search for rent to own homes or private owners? I've called several realtors but they all seem too busy!
