I am not sure what type of message you left and the type of property it is? Rental or sale? Often times when it is a sale the best thing to do is have your agent contact the company. They take agent calls more seriously just like banks. Many times they are extremely busy and only want to work with serious inquiries which usually are people who have an agent. This will usually mean that you are prequalified for financing. I just spoke to a lady on one of my listings and not only was she not prequalified, she had an agent who she has not told she was ready to start looking.
