They do exist!! I am looking for the same and I live in Irving! It depends on if you are looking for an apartment complex scene or a neighborhood scene. There are both. They are on Shady Grove in south irving, on walnut hill and 161 in north irving, and the list goes on and on....they are everywhere!!!
