has anyone else heard that freddie and fannie are making people/investors wait 90 days to resell a property?

I had a lender tell me that they are not granting loans until transfer of the title is 90 days old. It's costing me $$$. Has anyone else found this or is this lender creating a foggy draft somewhere below my waist?

Pat what they are doing is limiting the amount of money you can sale the house for. You can sale it any time you want but within the first 90 days you can only sell it for 120% of what you paid for. It just happened with some clients of mine here in California.
