I'm looking to get a condo/loft on Decatur square for between 900-1300, may be willing to go a little higher if some utilities are included? Also any info on property at 221 North Candler Rd?

Starting a new job downtown, want to live on the square and use Marta to commute and walk to rest/bars/shops on square.
Not trying to walk a long way in Ga summer heat in business clothes. Want to be across the street from the square.
Like what I see at 335 Ponce and Artisan (if Artisan can do better than 1500)
Also seen a cool looking older building at 221 North Candler Rd. Do you know anything about it?
