Looking for a 3bedroom around SugarHill/Buford/Flowery Branch/Oakwood. Needs to be around $800-$850 and nice neighborhood - preferrably not apartment. Does that exist? :)

Looking for a 3bedroom around SugarHill/Buford/Flowery Branch/Oakwood. I work in Sugar Hill. I have 1 child in Middle School and the other has graduated. Needs to be around $800-$850 and nice neighborhood/school - preferrably not apartment. I'm frustrated by the whole application process and waiting and waiting...would like to move asap.

Hi there,

It looks like we do have *some* properties that are 3 bedrooms under 900 in those areas. Here's a link to that search:

http://hotpads.com/search#lat=34.177441341764975&lon=-83.968505859375&zoom=20&listingTypes=rental,sublet,room,corporate&bedrooms=3,4,5,6,7,8plus&highPrice=900&includeVaguePricing=false&visible=new,viewed,favorite

When you eliminate all apartment listings, the options are much fewer. However, there looks to be a couple in Oakwood and a few others dotting the area.

If you want to see which schools are near the listings, you can click the button of the United States (it's in the upper left corner of the map search, beside the zoom bar.) Then click on "Points" and select 'public schools' or 'private schools'.

Hope this helps!
