Are all the elementary schools good in the white marsh area?

Looking to possible enroll two elementary age kids in school in the fall. Generally, what schools are good in the white marsh and surrounding areas for that grade level?

NO!! If you want your child to go to a good school move to Howard or Montgomery counties, unless you put them in private school.
