hello i make about 30,000.00 a year , do you think i could possibly qualify for a 180,000.00 loan to buy a 2bd house

I was interested in purchasing property,I've been on my job over ten years, my income is about 30,000.00 a year do i qualify

Jamie it all depends on what kind of loan you are thinking about, down payment etc. See that more or less every hundred thousand dollars you borrow for a house will cost you between 630 to 680 on principal, interest, insurance and taxes.
If you want I can have a trusted loan officer call you up and run the numbers with you.
