trying to rent a 4 BR house in summer hill, tuner field area..any suggestion with section 8 and other rental?

I have got a house in the Summer Hill/Tuner Hill area. It's a 4 BR house that I am trying to rent. Section 8 said it would qualify for a 3 BR because of the window is too high on the 4th BR. Any suggestion about how much section 8 would pay in that area and if I am better off renting it to market. What's the tops for renting to market?

Market Rent and Section 8, based upon the condition of the home and neighborhood, you could get up to $1100. If you can find a market renter with excellent rental history and proof of income, you would receive payment much faster; however, if you go section 8 your payments are pretty much guaranteed for a year. It is important that you qualify both tenants and make sure you inspect your home regulary to set expectations. Mia Fairly Broker/Property Manager http://www.OneSourceAtlanta.com
