Does anyone know what is a "tenancy id" and if it applies to manhattan rentals?
I m trying to rent an apartment in new York and the broker is asking for another payment concerning a supposed tenancy id.You must have a HotPads account to post. If you already have an account, please login or create an account.
The same is happening to me. I've payed the 50% of the rent and now the broker is asking for an extra payment plus the 50% of the rent. Do you know anything about that? .... in my case the broker asks for extra $1400.
