I just called the apartment complex Ashford at Henson Creek (Ross Management) because I saw hotpads advertise a 3BR, 1.5 Bath for $1274.00 located at 3466 Brinkley RD, Temple Hills, MD.

I called and spoke to a salesperson at the complex who told me that their complex did not have such an address, and that they had the same type type of apartment for $1419.00.
My question is , who is responsible for placing listings on hotpads.com? I feel like this was the old BAIT-AND-SWITCH.
