Relocating to Denver from Loveland. Great employment and rental history, but okay credit. Husband, myself, 3 kids (ages:17, 17, 8), 1 4yr old tabby cat (neutered), 1 6 yr old blue heeler/beagle mix dog (spayed, 25lbs.). Both animals are current on vaccinations. I own my own business, and need 5th bedroom as an office to maintain business records. We are finding houses in our price range, and have deposit, but none seem to want our pets. If anyone can help, please, please let me know! We are supposed to move out on 1/15/12. We had a previous contract fall through, therefore the hard move out before we even have a place set up....
