How can I buy a home with no money down?
I am a single mom with 2 wonderful children who deserve a real home! I have been renting since I moved out of my parents, I am tired of paying someone else's house payments!! There is a federal program where you can get a grant for your 3% down on a FHA mortgage. It is determined by your annual income and also you current debt. Do you know if your credit score is about 640. because this is a must for this program
