I am looking for a 1-2 bedroom apartment within the beaches/Ponte Vedra/Hodges area.

I would like a year lease, but the possibility of staying longer without a large rent escalation. Please send me listings with photos, sf, rent amount, deposit, pet deposit, storage, parking and if you accept small pets; I have a 15-lb dog.
