do I have to move out if the owners house is being forclosed?

We are renting a house and the management office was informed that the owner hasn't paid her mortgage and the property is being foreclosed on. It is almost Christmas and I don't want to move. Does anyone know if we have to vacate now or can we ask the bank if we can stay and pay them rent?
