do you know any landlords who will accept a tenant who had a default judgement eviction filed against them? my credit score is still in the 700 range and I have a stable income. ask the owner or rental office if you can leave a larger deposit and allow you to rent on a month to month basis for 6 months and redo the terms at that time.
