I am looking for a rent-to-own condo or small home for under 60,000. Preferably in the Sacramento area close to lightrail or bus stops. Any suggestions?
See the condos at woodside. It's right in the middle of town but feels like it's secluded because of all the trees. You can now get a condo there for very little money and it's a great place to live.
