Im looking for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home for no more that 650 a month in the Palm Coast Area. If someone could help me with this it would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks! :)

I have a 3 year old little boy and a roomate with a 11 year old boy. So if possible...please help me find a neighborhood that is child friendly. I have been reading reviews on some of these apartments and homes and alot of these places are very active with drugs and violence. This is a very big issue to me being a protective mother...but having this low of a budget also makes it harder to fund a decent place. All responses are helpful! Thanks so much!

I've also been looking for a low rent house. All I seem to find are duplexes. That may be all you'll find in your price range.The "R" section and some of the houses in the "P" sections seem a little rough to me, not where I would choose to live & we don't have kids. Try the B section, north side between Bel Aire and Beachway, (we use to live there on Becker & it's a nice neighborhood. The E section by town center. I pretty much just drive thru the areas I think I might want to live just to see how others take care of their property, ect. Hope this helps & good luck! :)
