Hello, I am looking to rent a small one or two bedroom home. I live alone and will have one dog. I work in healthcare and have a very stable job. Who is willing to rent me something?

I would like to rent a house with a yard. I eventually would like a small no more than 15lbs dog. I live alone, I work in healthcare, I'm 37, have a stable job.
