Welcome to Albany Hill Village, a supportive community of military family homes in Albany, Georgia. Our pet-friendly three and four-bedroom duplex or single-family homes provide plenty of space for you and the crew to settle in and make it your own, complete with all the in-home features you need to live comfortably. Thanks to our great location, you'll enjoy the ease of access to all the amenities at Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany, as well as ideal proximity to great shops, restaurants, schools, and entertainment. Active Duty Service members qualify through the Marine Housing Office. Active duty military -- Rent is full BAH (charges will not go above the BAH at w/dependents rate) - includes utilities. Retirees, Veterans, and DoD Employees: To qualify, you will need to provide proof of income (must make 3.5x the monthly rent). Rental rates start at $2,099. In addition, to qualify you would be required to pass a credit check and have access to the base. If you need housing more than 60 days out, we will not be able to see your options, as our residents are only required to give us a 30-day notice to vacate. Once you are within a 60-day window of your move in date, please contact us to discuss pricing and options. There is a $25/per adult application fee as well as a minimum security deposit of one month's rent.
