Very close to the 66 exit (but far enough away that there is no highway noise). Water, gas, electricity, trash, internet, and pool included in the price. No phone and no cable TV. The main level contains a large kitchen, deck, large living room, and large dining room area that will be shared amongst all tenants and myself. Shared area contains 2 friendly (one of which is VERY friendly) senior cats. So unfortunately I cannot have any other pets with them. $1300/month ($1400 for 2 people) Very large 16'x16' bedroom with two 4.5'x8' walk in closets.
