This is a basement apartment with an " In the Country" feel but still only 7 minutes to Lancaster City limits. There is a large kitchen and living room with a sliding glass door entrance. There are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom (sorry) with a shower (no tub) and two of the bedrooms have large closets. The house is on a dead -end road and the 3 neighbors are family members, so it's quiet and safe with very little traffic. There is a large shaded fenced in area where our children played when they were young which can be used. The front yard has no grass to mow and a lot of shade trees with a front view of the Craig Farm pastures. It's a very quiet, beautiful & peaceful area with a newly built equestrian horse center nearby. Picturesque.
