The bathroom and bedroom are currently being renovated. There will be new flooring, shower tile, cabinets, fixtures, lighting, and paint in the bathroom. The bedroom will have new vinyl wood-looking floor, a new ceiling, new paint. The lanai will have new screens and paint around the screen frames on the outside.
