NO PETS, FURNISHED - 5-6 Months MAX Easy Summer Living in this light, bright, spacious, fully furnished one bedroom cottage tucked in the back of a compound. This quiet, private Old Town (south of Truman) rental is available from May 4, 2023 through September or October. It is remarkably quiet for Key West. The airy living space opens through double French doors onto a large, private wood deck with a "sail" awning and a dining table for 4, plus lots of tropical plants. (Tenant must be willing to water the plants. :) ) Easy street parking -- rare in Key West. The main room has a high vaulted ceiling and plenty of windows. It feels very spacious and comfortable. A large bedroom has a queen-sized memory foam mattress. The cottage is air conditioned in both rooms and has its own washer/dryer. This is my home, so there are a few personal belongings here, but the large closet will be virtually empty, I really only leave my books and the things you'll need (linens, kitchen ware, etc.) No smoking or pets; sorry. You can have a look at the cottage on a 2019 video on YouTube. Zillow doesn't allow links so you can search 'furnished key west cottage March 2019' in YT and find it easily.
