The best of North Tahoe! Our home is a lovely centrally located retreat in a quiet family neighborhood. 3 bed/2.5 baths, and a garage. Perfect for a holiday or anytime getaway! Kings Beach is at the top of the lake and perfectly situated to enjoy all of the North Shore. Perfect for a small family or two couples. *Note* This is our home, and we are choosey about who can stay. We will evaluate each request based on you meeting the size and respectfulness requirements and on your prior reviews. This is our home and it is more like a home share than a rental. We evaluate each request, please read to the end of the description to get the key phrase to include in your request as acknowledgement you read it all. We will not be present on the property, though, when you are. We often travel which allows us to share it with Airbnb guests who will treat it as our home. We want to be clear this is NOT a full-time rental and we will be approving all guests when requested. It is a "modern cabin" that has many personal touches of our personality. It is warm and comfortable and has many kitchen appliances and favorite dinnerware and glasses. We also have games and books and seasonal outside gear to use such as sleds and snow shoes during snow season and beach chairs/umbrellas for lake season. Washer/Dryer present. Our home is perfect for a couple, two couples, small families, etc. Six people are our maximum to stay. Winter snow plow service is included. (one plow every 24 hours when it snows at least 6 inches, there will still be some snow to shovel under the deck and on the stairs).
