The location is off the beaten path and it requires AWD for winter access. I prefer renting furnished and longterm. Over 1 year. Best suited for adults only who have online work or great retirement. The landlady lives on the same property. 40' away from the tenants house. The property is in the middle of town and it has paved streets that get maintained daily.
