This 3 bedroom 2 bath is on a beautiful property with an L-shape deck and mature trees and boulders, near a seasonal creek. The living room has a fireplace and French doors exiting to the deck. The master bedroom has two separate French doors that also exit to the deck. Both allows the light of day to brighten both rooms. Another bedroom has its own entrance and a complete bathroom adjacent to it. The floors are wood in the living room and master bedroom and tile floors throughout the rest of the house. You enter the house through a screened AZ room and then into the kitchen which is very large. There is electric washer and dryer hook up. The heater warms the house quickly and the cooler cools it down on hot, dry days. A window A/C in the kitchen with a ceiling fan and a A/C unit in the master bedroom and another window unit in the next bedroom. This house will be managed by a third party so that resources are available when you need help.
