Pets 25lb or less are allowed with additional $500 security deposit. Parkings: 2 car attached garage plus 1 permit to park within the community and ample amount of street parkings. Community pool and tennis court are gated and available for use during posted hours of operation. Renters must abide by and will be provided a list of the HOA Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions. Each prospective tenant 18 years or older must apply. Background and employment screening check is required. Tenant pays for screening and are nonrefundable, IN ADDITION to Zillow application. No eviction record with a FICO score of 650 or higher is required. You must have at least 6 months of verifiable income, paystubs, bank statements, or income tax records. You must have a previous rental history. You must have governmental issued photo identification (state driver's license, passport). You must have social security card or TIN. Once approved the security deposit and 1st month rent will be due within 36 hours and needs to be paid with cash, cashier's check, or money order. Rent is due 1st of each month.
