    Renter is responsible for water, gas, electricity and other utilities. Lawn should be watered and maintained throughout the year, including snow removal when necessary. Owner will take responsibility for normal maintenance of the home. Small dogs are allowed as long as a non-refundable $250 security deposit is placed and a fee of $50 a month for said pet is paid. Lease is for one year, subject to renewal depending on market conditions. Security deposit is equal to first months rent. Home does not come with furniture.
