This tiny home will be available on December 30th 2023 This is a cozy 399sqft FULLY FURNISHED Studio Tiny house that is within 3 miles of all of the hospitals in Green Bay. It's close to Highway 43 to take you anywhere in Green Bay. The home is in a nice neighborhood on the west side of Green Bay. The house is small but has an open concept that makes it look bigger. Even though it's smaller it still comes with all the great amenities you would need for your stay! It has a full fridge , stove, microwave, coffee maker, washer and dryer and internet . And it has a king bed!! There is a small fenced in back yard. I think you'll enjoy staying in our home! Please note: This tiny house is being marketed mainly to travel nurses who come to Green Bay to work at one of the hospitals/medical centers. So usually 3 month stays. (unless your contact is renewed) This home is a fully furnished home with everything you would need except for your clothes and food! The house has a sofa, smart TV, bed, and table and stools. The kitchen is stocked with plates, cups, bowls, silverware, pots and pans, a microwave, and coffee maker. There is a $100 cleaning fee to deep clean the property at check-out.
