The condo consists of two master bedrooms upstairs, and a downstairs living room, dining room, and kitchen. Location is a very convenient area of Diamond Bar; minutes away from 60, 10, and 57 freeways as well as Cal Poly, Mt.Sac, Western University of Health Sciences, and other nearby universities. The rent is $1100 which includes all utilities (water, electricity, gas, trash and internet) and one parking spot immediately next to the building. Also includes full kitchen amenities/appliances as well as washer and dryer which are in the unit.
