Upstairs bedroom has a bed frame already in it and due to the narrow staircase it cannot be removed. You will only need to supply mattress & box spring. If you already have a bed frame we will store it for you free of charge. Large/long furniture will not be able to fit going up the curved steps to the second floor. Second floor bedroom is nice size but access will not allow large dressers, etc. Other bedroom is on the main floor off the living room. No washer dryer hook up at this time but landlord is willing to explore installing such. A laundromat is only 2 blocks away. Entry way is separated from the living area to provide privacy. House sits back off the street across from West Virginia Wesleyan College. Quiet neighborhood, parking for 2 vehicles is off street next to the house accessed via a short alley.
